About Up Yoga Center
At Up Yoga Center, we view health as a dynamic process of finding balance rather than a fixed destination. Our work is rooted in the understanding that each person’s path to well-being is unique, which is why we offer a deeply personalized and integrative approach to health and healing.
As a virtual therapeutic yoga studio and advanced teacher training center, we provide small group programs, one-on-one support, wellness retreats, and professional training. Our offerings weave together ancient wisdom traditions with modern mental health practices and movement-based therapies. The intention is to support our students in feeling more grounded, resilient, and connected in their lives.
Our Mission
We are committed to integrating ancient healing systems with modern, evidence-informed approaches to support mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Our mission is to:
- Offer practical tools that empower individuals to take an active role in their healing and growth
- Support emotional awareness, behavioral change, and meaningful self-inquiry
- Cultivate a sense of hope, both personally and collectively
We are equally dedicated to training the next generation of yoga teachers. Through teacher trainings, continuing education programs, and workshops, we prepare educators to work in therapeutic, ethical, and compassionate ways while bridging yoga with the broader landscape of health and wellness.
Our Vision
We envision a community of individuals who feel empowered in their health, grounded in self-awareness, and guided by compassion for themselves and others.
Through this work, our students embody kindness, humility, and insight, and bring these values into their relationships and communities.
We also envision a new standard for yoga education. Teachers are equipped to support healing in an integrative way, collaborate with healthcare systems, and honor the teacher–student relationship with integrity, sustainability, and care.
Our Students
Our students are adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. What brings them together is a shared readiness for growth.
They are curious, open, and engaged. They are drawn to a holistic model of healing that integrates modern and traditional approaches. They value self-study and are committed to making meaningful changes in their lives.
