Designed for busy adults, this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is thoughtfully structured to fit alongside your existing commitments. The program combines flexible weekly learning and a capstone weekend retreat, allowing you to deepen your practice and develop the skills and confidence to teach without putting your daily life on hold.

Duration: 5 Weeks + Final Retreat Weekend

Format: Daytime Monday -Friday 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Total Hours: 200 Hours including 15 hours of online learning
Techniques, Training & Practice Asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindful awareness
Anatomy & Physiology Functional movement, injury prevention, body systems
Philosophy & Ethics Classical texts, yogic lifestyle, ethical teaching
Teaching Methodology Sequencing, cueing, assisting, and holding space
Practicum Practice teaching, feedback, and final assessments

Weeks 1–4: Foundations & Practice
Each week builds progressively, combining physical practice, theory, and teaching skills.
The final week focuses on refinement, confidence-building, and preparation for the retreat.

The training culminates in an immersive retreat-style weekend, designed to deepen your experience and celebrate your journey.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants can register with Yoga Alliance ® to become a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher.
Over five weeks, you will immerse yourself in the yoga world, embody its principles, and leave prepared to share it with others.

Amy is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, sound healing facilitator, and yoga educator. She is passionate about supporting her students through life changes and self-discovery using a multidisciplinary and holistic approach.
With over 1000 hours of yoga training, she remains a dedicated student as she leads yoga teacher trainings and continuing education programs for experienced teachers.
Her background as a clinical therapist helps her to offer a personalized and therapeutic experience for her students. She is passionate about providing individualized care and support, as well as cultivating the next generation of yoga teachers.

Allison is a dedicated yoga teacher and comprehensive Pilates instructor with 20 years professional experience.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance, 500hr RYT, comprehensive Pilates Method certification, and additional credentials in yoga philosophy, sound healing, pre/post natal, and trauma informed yoga teaching. She regularly teaches private, group, online, and corporate classes and has designed and facilitated over 15 retreats in Southeast Asia.
Her classes are focused on taking the teachings of yoga off of the mat and into the world.

No, this is not a residential training. However, it does include a three-day, two night retreat that is residential. The cost of the capstone retreat is included in the price. For the rest of the training, the cost does not include housing or food, although we are happy to help students find affordable housing options in the area if they are interested.
The cost of the training plus all materials is 2500 USD. We also offer an early bird discount at 2000 USD for those who sign up before 30 June 2026.
Our training will take place at Yopi Studio in Vientiane, Laos. Yopi is easily accessible by car or bike and free parking is available.
Our final capstone retreat will take place at Silver Naga Hotel in Vang Vieng, Laos. Housing and food for the final retreat are included in the price.
Students are responsible for completing all coursework in order to graduate and receive their certificate.
